Iron Tide Command

Iron Tide Command is a slower strategy game where rushing gets you sunk. You manage a small fleet, scout carefully, and decide when to commit to a fight you can actually win. The tutorial is a bit dry, but once it clicks the planning is genuinely tense.

It runs well even on older phones, and the campaign missions each throw a different constraint at you, so you can't lean on one winning tactic forever. Multiplayer exists but I mostly stuck to the solo battles, which were plenty.
