Turbo Ridge Rally

Turbo Ridge Rally is the game I've sunk the most hours into this quarter. It drops you on twisting mountain stages and asks you to feel out the braking points rather than hammer the gas. The tilt steering is responsive, but I switched to on-screen controls after a while and liked them even more.

The progression is fair. You unlock cars by placing well, not by grinding the same lap forever, and each new ride handles differently enough that you have to relearn the corners. The weather stages, especially the wet dusk tracks, change your lines completely and keep things fresh.
